History
Our salons have been operating in the Rogue Valley since
1997. We initially operated as franchisees of Cost Cutters Family Hair
Care from 1997 until May, 2014. Since that time we have been operating
independently as ProStyles Salons. Our founders, Michael and Valerie Turner, have
lived in the valley for 30 years.
We have downsized operations with only our Delta Waters salon still in operation. New owners, long-term employees Corie Gimbel and Valerie Rodman have taken control of the salon as of July 1, 2020.
Services and Mission Our salon offer a full range of hair care services including
cuts, perms, color, and styling. We also offer waxing services. All of our
stylists are employees, no independent contractors, which helps ensure
consistent quality and customer service. We value long-term employees
that are dedicated to providing great customer service while maintaining their
technical skills through ongoing education and an attitude of constant
improvement. Our mission is to provide convenience and exceptional value while
maintaining outstanding technical ability and customer service.
Hours of Operation
Our hours of operation are shown below. We are closed for New Year's Day, Easter, Mothers Day, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Thanksgiving and Christmas. Occasionally we
close for training events and company picnics, otherwise we are open:

Monday-Friday 10am-7pm Saturday 9am-6pm
Service Guarantees We stand behind our work! If we didn't get it just right,
come back in, we will fix it. We have a 7 day service guarantee for all
haircuts, a 14 day guarantee for perms and color, and you can return any
hair care product for a full refund within 14 days of purchase provided it is at
least half-full. We bolster this commitment by calling our perm and
color clients and ensuring that they are satisfied with their service.
Same Day/Next Day Call Ahead Convenience Got a busy
schedule? We offer a same day/next day call ahead program for services
including haircuts and waxing. Just call us anytime during our operating
hours and we will set a time for you that day or the following day.
Appointment
Service for Perms, Color Treatments and Advanced Styling Services Due to time
constraints we suggest that you call for an appointment for perm, color, and
advanced styling services. Also, due to the special license requirements
for waxing it is always a good idea to either set an appointment or confirm
